WHY DID I DO THAT AGAIN?
Replace old debilitating habits by new ones, using transactional analysis techniques.
You may have heard of the drama triangle, how we communicate through our Parent, Adult and Child parts, and I’m OK, you’re OK. It’s all part of Transactional Analysis (TA). Eric Berne is the founding father of TA in the late 1950s, today his work is widespread across the globe. In this course we will look at these principles and more, and most of all, we will look at how they work in our own lives. In between evenings, you will get homework, and examine how things work, or work poorly, in your own life, and work on goals to improve your life. We work in small groups of 4 up til 6 people at my home practice. In order for participants to feel save in this course, it’s imperative that you keep confidential information shared by others to yourself.

BOOST YOUR SELF ESTEEM!
A practical class to achieve more confidence and get things done!
Like any self enhancement class, we will roll up our sleeves and get to work in this class. The proof is in the pudding! We will look at what self esteem is, and how you can get a higher self esteem. Mindfulness, self acceptance and taking responsibility for your life are some of the key ingredients to work on a higher self esteem. You will take a close look at what bothers you and how to find your way out of the muddle. Homework assignments in between classes will give you more awareness. You take small steps towards a happier life. Confidentiality is important, what’s been said in the room, needs to stay in the room.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON AM I?
A practical class to achieve more confidence and get things done!
Ever wondered why your colleague is so bossy? And why your boss gets things done in an efficient way, but may, just a bit too easily, walk over sentiments of her crew? Why is your best friend very loyal but hesitates a lot? Scholars have linked the enneagram to various religions and time periods, including Christian mysticism, Islamic Sufism and Jewish Kabbalah. Later on, philosophers like Claudio Naranjo, Don Riso and Russ Hudson, Helen Palmer, Sandra Maitri and many others elaborated on it. Today, the enneagram is kicking and alive, and its nine personality types offer great insight into how you life your live and how you watch other people do things. Discover your own personality and why things work out the way they do, and what you can do to change ineffective habits.
